[Resolved] Trai — complain about vodafone corporate connection | |||||
Dear team, This is to inform you about the complaint against my corporate connection going on with vodafone, since from the beginning i have been suffering from the service related problems with vodafone. Several times i called many people associated with the vodafone even to marketing calls also i responded with the same problems i’m suffering with but no one is ready to solve my problem at all. The problem is that some time ago i have taken 16 cug numbers from vodafone (Csa (Devendra jaiswal | balaji networks | +91 [protected]) and after some time because of some problems in my business i don’t want to pay bill of some vodafone numbers and don’t want to use also for a few months only. I have asked to my csa to solve this problem and he advised me to give a suspension mail for those numbers which i don’t want to use and after this i will not be payable for those numbers. I have done as same as. But after few months i have got mail about those numbers' bill amount approx 5000/-. So as per csa advise i am not payable for these bills i have complained many times to csa (Devendra jaiswal | balaji networks | +91 [protected], vodafone mobile services ltd, up-east, 47, balrampur quarter naka hindola, lucknow-226004, u. P.- india and many times to corporate customer care [protected] and corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com and may time to servicedesk. [protected]@vodafone.com and i have mailed to anupam. [protected]@vodafone.com (Our crm) and called him also but no one is ready to solve my problem at all.. The other is that we are facing a major problem about outgoing calls barring due to the suspended number bill every month and for this problem. Today's problem is that today is 18th of july and my all cug numbers' bill due date is 19th of july for bill payment my current running numbers but today before due date my all running numbers are barred you can check. Due to these barring my all business is stopped working. Who will be responsible for my business loss due to my cug numbers barring. Recently through marketing call came from vodafone i discussed the same concern but despite of solving my issues i came to arise back with one new problem, airtel associates started pitching me to port-out my vodafone corporate numbers, through the airtel executive came to me i got to know that despite of solving my issues the same vodafone csa balaji networks from which i took corporate connection of vodafone the business manager-devendra jaiswal was involved in churning out my vodafone connections, i informed this devendra jaiswal about my problems several times but he is not ready to take any actions at all just false commitment. So this is my last and final warning to vodafone that if my problems with my numbers won't be solved then i will take strict actions against vodafone. So, at last i just want to inform that solve my problems with my corporate connections else after this i won't let anyone to give me excuse for anything. I hope at least you can help us for all but really no hope from vodafone.
