Trai — complaining about airtel company | |
My mother is using airtel sim [protected], she is not using any app or internet website even though airtel is charging 99 rupee s saying that "you have downloaded internet game",. While my aged mother do not know how to operate internet. It is requested to you check this undisciplined operation of airtel service provider and ask them to refund the deductant amount from the balance. Was this information helpful? | |

I am an idea customer . After merging vodafone idea, their network become very bad and can't do anything in our main city area also. I recharged my net offer 4 weeks before at rs 398 for 3 months. Otherwise I surely port to other networks. I complained their executives alot. But no use. Please take necessary actions sir
