Trai — complaint against d2h | |
Dear trai, I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 82109223. Since from last 8 Years (Approx) I am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions. Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 282/- for which i should get services for 30 days on 02.02.2020, and I go for the refresh my account but they have Add Chanel No. 222 and deducted Rs. 59/- from my monthly recharge. Again i have complained to their Toll free no[protected], they refused to deactivate this channel before 30days, as I told them that we don't need this channel but they clearly refused Now I am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h. As per your request, we have deactivated “MOVIES ACTIVE” in your d2h account. Now your total monthly recharge amount is Rs. 273.60 /- (including 18% GST) per month and the next switch-off date is 02-Mar-2020. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in the future.
