Trai — complaint against dish tv service provider | |||
I'm a dishtv subscriber since 12 years, located in irinjalakuda, thrissur dt. Kerala, subscription no. [protected] and registered mobile number [protected]. Been in touch with dishtv more than 45 days in apprehension of the new tariff and the status of my existing plan, which is valid till 20th february 2019. I was told that no need to worry about the continuity and the timely help will be served. 15 days back i even registered on the new package - star tv / asianet with add-on 4 kids channels and two infotainment channels - animal planet & national geography wild. Since yesterday, 10th february 2019, all pay-channels are discontinued. Been contacting dishtv every often for rectifications. Responses are disatisfactory. One customer care executive commented that i will have to wait till 20th february for registration of new package, till then, i will have to contend myself with free channels. Even today morning since 7.00am, i have visited their website and registered for basic package and add-ons. Result is frustrating. Please intervene for remedies.
