i am not satisfied and again i told that they are very bad in service sundirect is too worst customer care service also very bad they dont know any thing they telling 24 to 48 hrs for resolving problem in entire month but its not resolved but the pack will be expired and the next month also repeated same
Sir, I am a sun direct subscriber I used sundirect app for recharge but when we add amount like 50 and 20 Rs they take 10% in amount and give us remaining amount and today I add 50 Rs but there no amount credited in app.

Iam not getting the channels for the last few days, and I have been trying to solve the problem with customer care, they are not ready solve the problem and not able to transfer the call to manager,

My name Mrs Asima Pal, I have sun direct TV set top box. Last few months I have facing some problems. Firstly I recharged 198 rs for some package by now it's costing 210 rs. It not for my problem, the problem is I used the set top box in last two years and when I power on my TV and set top box, then all chalan are gone. When I do with set top box remote control this option: ok then many times press right arrow then TV all option come then ok. After this procedure all chalan are working. The only option to recover it's to change set top box but customer care says it's not my set top box problem, it's causes for company system upgradation.
Due to company system upgradation I Am suffering. They are charging for new set top box is 499 rs + 150rs installation charge. I can't bear it. Please sir do something.

# there is simply lot of confusion with Base pack in spite of lots of info as to choosing FTA channels in base plan. Please do provisions to delete unwanted languages in a base pack, if the purpose is to give customer more leverage to pay for needed channels.
#there is no option to choose channels in Base pack in Sun direct app.
#broadcaster Jodi packs DO NOT activate with NCF plan, which is not fair.
#broadcaster bouquets are Not available with Sun Direct in most subscription packs
