Dear sir
I am a videocon d2h user my id is 45149900. I have two connection with the same id number. As per trai rule i have recharged twice for both the rooms. But i could only view the promgamme only in one tv but the other tv i can't view any programme.
More over the customer care are not coorpate to solve my problem. They are just saying withen 15 min the channel will come two ur second tv set. Its being 4 days thimns r not worked out
Pls help me with my problem.

      Dear trai,

      I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 26966398. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

      Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 341rs for which i should get services for 30 days but they have not shown any channel. Again i have complained to their email id's

      As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.
      The peoblem is technical but they want money from my side thats why
      They have charged for engineer visit as well as set top box installationl, i have completed all the procedure which is given by videocon d2h, still we are unable to see any channe

      Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

      I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

        Sir/madam,
        With reference to above subject it is to inform you that the service provider dishtv cheating their customers by using trais new rules. The detailed matter is as below;
        While going to recharge my dish tv plan in this month i have enquired about plan and recharged with rs. 541/- as per direction from customer care for one month. After, recharge i got massage that your recharge is successfully done and its validity is for 20 days.
        However it was for 30 days. When i enquired in this mtter with dish tv customer care. They have informed me that as per trai rules you have to recharge with rs.586/- which was previously informed 541/-. Further, stated by customer care that the said package come into effect after my recharge. It is clear case of cheating. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to save customers inconvenience and wrong use of trai rules

          Sir as per your direction i select a pack under customer id [protected] on date 28 jan2019, but till the date airtel dth is not activating my selected pack dispite of number of time selecting pack and making call to company, they citing that the pack will activate with in 24 hr etc but could't activating, this month i has been spend 1000rs app., this is totally rediculas thing i faced in my life. I have all voice recoding of customer care and the massege i send to them to take apropriate action,
          I become dispointed spending money after every 4-5 days. I heartly request to you please take appropriate action to resolve my problem.

            Ca no [protected]-001arunav banerjee. Despite activating bengali hd channels thru ala care option channels not coming since last 48 hours.. Despite calling 5 times no solution.. Airtel charging money for these 2days. Ref no 86160886... Sd will b rectified by 1130am today but nothing.. Spoke to shivam mohit abhishek navpreet rishabh n sanjeev. Pls help.. This is happening regularly.. Channels get deactivated automatically.. I had to active my plan 3 times in one month only... Airtel is doing this deliberately

              In my region, jio network is too bad especially in indoor ares (Homes, offices). I complained about the issue to jio customer care centre and they told this issue can't be resolved soon. You may face this issue for a long time and we can't do anything for you, just keep calm and use... Also there is an issue of call breaking in jio, while i called from there jio4g application. They said, we can't solve this issue too... Please satisfy with whatever you getting.. I have recharged my sim for 3 months by this week and i think i loss my money because there is no use with this kind of network. I can't use anything from my region.. Kindly request to take immediate action towards this.

                I pritbash singh my video-con d2h customer id no[protected]. I recharged my d2h tv connection of inr 130/ with new rules of trai but d2h videocon is not giving us our service. I complained on their customer care no. Many times but then also they are providing us our service. So kindly take action against this matter. I hope you would accept my request.

                  Hello my d2h customer id is[protected], my channels are migrated automatically by videocon d2h, they activated several bouque on my account without my concern. On requesting to d2h again and again they are not removing those bouque and neither activating my selected channels due to which i have to pay for those channels which are not even selected by me. I want justice, as per trai rules customer has the right to select the channels as per his wish then why these company forcing us to pay unnecessarily, on complaining to d2h i receive the response that there is a technical error (On videocon d2h end) due to which my selected channels cannot be activated, my question is that the technical error is on videocon d2h side why should i pay (From 01 feb 2019 to till ate) for those channels which i never selected.
                  The d2h customer care response is very pathetic, they even put my call on hold upto 55 minutes (Call made on 23022019 around 2 pm time) and then they disconnect my call.
                  I want refund and justice

                    But still i didn't get support from my service provider. I have called to customer care many time they also tried same but still my pack not yet updated to my account.

                      I m jignesh acharya from mumbai my d2h product id is 80213220, as per ur latest policy i selected 54 chennels, which i want to watch on my tv. D2h people told me to recharge for 1 month of 452 rs for viwing this chennels, so i did it, even besides having sufficient balance of 477 rs in my account, i m unable to view those chennels, since last 3 days i m calling in their customer care after making me eait for 12 to 15 mints on phone their executives picks up & tells me that there is technical issue we will not b able to check ur account. Its my question to trai, if this service provider does not have proper infra.. To implemente ur policy then why did u broght this poilcy & how much time they will take for implementation.

                        I had connected to our local cable network called istv (Manipur). Unfortunately they don't allowed me to choose the zee family pack and sony happy family pack.
                        According to trai rules and regulations, we can choose this pack separately.
                        Then why do the cable operator not allowed me to choose this pack???
                        I need the solution of this problem.
                        Pliz do react my humble submission to clear my confusion.

                          I am using airtel dth service. Sir before 1st feb 2019 my monthly rental was only 299/- per month.in this regard i have several time mail to airtel service provider that please do not change my monthly rental 299/- but they demanded me 362/- for same service because they says "this is not my side this is because trai is changing some rules"
                          Sir i only ask to you any rules
                          Is applying rules for customer benefit. Means customer have to give less amount and take maximum benefit this is the moto of trai and this is applied from 1st feb 2019.

                          2. As per trai guidelines customer can take all benefit in same amount which was paid by them before 1st feb 2019. That mean if any customer monthly rental is 299/- and in this rental if company gives 100+ channel then at present same is applicable or not.

                          Sir kindly guide and suggest me and also instruct my service provider. Because i am facing problem due to this type of airtel service.

                            I am a indian citizen live in kolkata, tollygunge (2/52a ashoke nagar, ps. Regent park), after the new rule started by trai it is give me the freedom to choose the channels which i want to watch. I visit the trai website and select my channel list via my channel selector application program where i choose some of bouquet channels, some pay channel and some free to air channels. Including the mandatory channels my total selection is 82 channels and total price including gst shows 304.74.

                            But when i visit my local cable operators office they said i need to pay extra 20 rupees for extra 25 channel and that 100 channels is automatic selected by gtpl. I told them the trai rules that mandatory channel is 25 and as per trai i can select any channel and after that if my number of channel is more than 100 than only i need to pay extra 20 rupees for 25 channel. But they not provide my the connection.

                            I requesting you to please look into the issue as i came to know that lot of local cable operator are doing the same things, they don’t allow us to choose the channels and charge 20 rupees extra.

                            I hope you look into this issue immediately.

                              Dear sir

                              Re to the above, please note we were ready with duly filled form of channels to view and with money too. But collecting boy on feb 10th told, the govt order will be applicable from april month onwards., confirmed all channels will be shown till then

                              But, nextday onwards, only free channels are being shown. Told within a day, all channels will be beamed.
                              Now he is asking us for payment as per new tariif of govt, forefeting the rs 360 /- paid for this month. He say hathway are not adjusting the payment.
                              Question is why hathway collected the monthly charges, why cant it adjust, third how much crores money it has collected in this manner, rs 200/ form my home, about 100 flats in our area, about 2000 flats in gokuldham itself, means 4lacs extra income hathway has collected.

                              We demand adjustments of money we have paid for feb month immeditely,

                                Dear sir/ma'am, i am tata sky customer id [protected] as trai reduce the channel charges but tata sky found new way to loot the customer without information they have change the mutli tv charges from 175 to 500 rs pm, where before trai judegement am paying rental of rs.1060 pm after selection of channels now my new traiff is of rs.1375 pm. As per goverment they need to reduce customer expenses but companies do not wants to lose their reveneue and cheating customer in either ways. I have word with tata sky customer care center where they are adment to listen and understand customer grivences and try to keep convince us charges applicable by them are justify. I have choosen a package of rs. 775 of all channels they have charges me rs.600 for mutli tv. It been cheating with customer and no relaxation given by companies in terms of money wise. I urge goverment and trai to pls make some policy for this issue and ask companies to do not loot customer like this and that also without any information.

                                TATA SKY is big cheater and loot the customer by other and miscellaneous charges and that to with out information to customer. Company do not wants that customer would save money as per govt. plan so they increase their margins.

                                  I recharged my tatasky on[protected] but 72 hours been over but till now the connection has not been activated. Previously i had an add on connection but now i separated the connection and choose a new. I recharged the new tatasky connection with rs 150. The subscriber id is [protected]. Repeatedly i tried to connect the tatasky customer care but they are not able to resolve the issue. I am requesting you to have a look on this issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible.                                   Dear Concern, I recharged my Tatasky on 19-02-2019 but 72 hours been over but till now the connection has not been activated .Previously I had an Add on Connection but now I separated the connection and choose a new.I recharged the new Tatasky connection with Rs 150.The subscriber ID is 1301627251.Repeatedly I tried to connect the Tatasky Customer care but they are not able to resolve the issue.I am requesting you to have a look on this issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible.                                     Sir, we are using sun direct, now they are providing selected bokey's only, that price is very high. Coustomers don't have a chance to select channels in sun direct. I will watch only telugu but they gave tamil 32 channel and telugu 32 channels and malayalam 26 & kannada... Like that they gave and charging more money. That price is not effortable for common person and we don't know those languages. We don't need actually. Can you please take...

                                    Videocon d2h has charged my account unnecessarily by upgrading the services without my consent. Not just that, they have also disconnected my stb from their end because of which i am not able to watch tv even after recharging my account again. Its been a week that i have been writing e-mails to them, to their nodal officer, and constantly calling their customer care number but no action is been taken.

                                    This is not the first time, that i am facing such issues against them. But every time i can not file a complaint against them in consumer forum. This time its not just the resolution that i want from them, but i also need the compensation for all this inconvenience.

                                      I have closed all my important channels, tata sky trying to talk to the phone banking officer but there is no response. Suddenly the channel has dropped out of my previous plan without having to do it regularly. Pls help my reg mobile number is [protected] to tata sky. New rules are being compelled and we do not get the services even after spending money pls help...
