Trai — complaint regarding not getting the balance after having an e recharge in bsnl

On 9/10/2017 i had an e recharge of rs 55 on my bsnl mobile number [protected]. I had obtained a sms stating that "[protected] has gifted you rs 50 on your mobile number. Reference no -2527410." but my balance is showing no increment. When i talked to the customer care number the corresspondent told me that there is no any transaction of rs 55. The transaction id told by the shopkeeper is [protected]. You are requested to look after the matter and resolve it as soon as possible so that i may enjoy the benefits of my recharge and my trust on the reputation of your problem solving capacity and that on service provider's authenticity should not fail.
