[Resolved] Trai — dish tv is not providing channels correctly | |||
Hi, As per the trai rules all dth services providers should provide costumer required channels. But, dish tv is not enforcing the trai rules correctly. As we know, from march on words all dth service providers, should provide costumer required channels under trai rules (I. E. Tarif planes). As per the trai rules, i have tried to add required channels respective dth subscriber app and portal. But, those are not working, and we have tried to reach them over phone, they are responding properly. To provide the required channels, we need to pay the extra money for setup those. I have raised many complaints, but, they haven’t taken any action on my complaint and also, they are not providing what customer expecting, forcefully they are adding un necessary channels on basic pack. Rest of the subscribers are providing correctly like tata sky, but these guys are not providing anything. I would request you guys, please take this as a priority and take an action on respective subscriber. I hope you will do. Was this information helpful? | |||
