Sir, As per tri guideline we as a customer should get the right to choose channels and packages as per our wish. As tar as my knowledge the minimum ncf for 100 free to air channels should be 130 plus applicable taxes. Dish tv does not give us this facility and instead they are giving us minimum of their packages rs140/- plus taxes. Independent TV is cheating us from last 3 months. I bought this DTH for 1 year plan. But they stopped service now. They are not yet all responding our request and complaints. Please help me to get back my money refund.
