Trai — dishonest and irresponsible attitude.

I had booked for the digital tv network during the month of march 2018 under booking id 14531232 by making an advance payment of rs.500.00 after an assurance that it will be installed with in 30 to 45 days. But however after 10 months the independent tv setup box bearing id no. [protected] was installed in the last weak of jan'2019. Within 10-12 days o its installation it started net work problems, initially for 6-7 days i received signals only for 3-4 channels, and there after 4-5 days, not a single channel could receive the network. I have been regularly making complaints through telephone and e-mails about which i have all the details with me but no official ever bothered to visit me leave aside resolving the issue.
Finally, on jun 4. 2019 i have sent a legal notice to refund the amount of rs.2800.00 including the installation charges which i have incurred and the damages/compensation of rs.5000.00 but till date i have bot received any reply to the notice. It appeasers that the intention of the company is to cheat the public.
In view of this, i request you to please prevail up on independent tv to return back my hard earned said money along with the damages before i take a appropriate legal action.

In my area very low signal since 3 years

I m complain so many time but not resolve my issue.

I was faced problem on my bsnl no [protected]. So decided to port out other service provider.But till today several time i send portability massege, but they refuse repeatedly. So many time. Faced too much problem. Pls do the same
