Trai — dth services

I am navratan singh i have airtel dth service. Coustomer id [protected] registered mobile no. [protected]. I choose a plan according to trai rules which not active from 2 feburary 2019. I call customer care numbers several times but they don't resolve my problem and also misbehave with me i suffered from a big problem with out tv. My little child love to watch cartoons but these days he is very nervousplease help me
