I selected a pack as per my need on 29 jan 2019. It cost me around rs.185.
I recharged my tata sky dth on 1 feb with 185. But still i am viewing all channels that i not opted for. It is reducing my balance. I called tata sky cust care; they are continuously saying it will get activate soon;sometimes say today evening and sometimes 24 hr.
What to do in such case? Please look into matter.

I made my new dth pack through my airtel app on 31st Jan. 19 but My airtel dth operator is no changing my new dth pack as per trai and refuse to register my complaint.

    I have got so many harassed from airtel executive. My cust id is [protected] is the named of mithlesh goyal. I called so many times to your executive but i haven't get any response from them one of your executive sukhchain kumar is doing rude behavior. My dth is closed from last 24 hours & the balance was deducted daily please revert me as soon as otherwise i will leave your network rather i have got a loss but i have got so many harrasment

      My self abdul nasim akram,
      My d2h customer id is 67995177.
      Several time i make a call to customer care for my request as per trai new rule
      But the company not responded.
      Even i mailed them as per trai rule for my take my request but they not reply as per my request. I am fed up with this company.
      They stop my d2h connection. I call them but they said please call later.

      Sir it is my humble request to you please take some strict action against them becoz they harass their own customer they have no rule and system for guidance for their customer to solved their grievance.

        Sir, this is regarding to above subject, i have a airtel dth connection of id [protected] & opted for own package on 1/2/19 as per the trai 's compliance. Accordingly i received a message from airtel dth that your new selected package will be activated. But still not yet activated even after 4 days, & forced to continue with old package & not complying the trai 's new rules. And also they put their customer care service off (Not working) deliberately. Hence i request you to do the needful. Thank you.

          Dear sir,

          As per new trai regulations, the dth provider has to compulsorily provide 25 dd channels under the 100 channels for the rs 130+gst, network capacity fee.

          I wish to submit this is disadvantageous/unfair to customers. Out of the 25 dd channels, a large number of them are in languages that i cannot understand and hence dont ever view them. As a result of this i am deprived from adding other channels within the 100 channels in the rs 130+ gst, network capacity fee.
          Therefore, i request you to kindly reframe the rule to include the national level dd channels and one local language dd channel. I believe this would help bring down the mandatory 25 channels to about a maximum of 10 dd channels.

          I have recharged 398 rs through sbi net banking for my idea number but the amount will be deducted recharge was not successful. What i do. When i contacted idea customer care center they said they dont responsible for it.

            Have written to customer care several times but nobody have actioned on it.

            Called up 3-4 numbers provided on dishtv.in but all of them giving me only one message "this number is busy at the moment."

              Dear trai,
              I am regular user of videocon d2h since last 5 years. Recently i had this problem with videocon d2h which i have not yet got any resolution.
              I had my channels disconnected on 2nd of february 2019 as the recharge value was low. Since new trai tarrif regime started from 1st of february 2019, i wanted to migrate to new tarrif regime. But since the connection was not active, got message on my d2h account that i can not migrate.
              Then i have recharged for 600 rs. I done the payment by net payment and received acknowledgement by sms at 12:26 pm on 2nd of february 2019. Then tried to select the package which i needed which worked out to be rs. 368/- pm. Even though for 130/- channels only which is exuberant charges by any means. Even earlier to trai notification the charges were less. I
              However, to make matters worst, immediately after i uploaded my new package request through my d2h account, my service is immediately suspended. And i got a message of suspension of account at 1:21 pm on 2nd of february 2019. Without giving any details why the account is suspended.
              I tried to reach their ivr call centre, which is very difficult to get the line through, i get disconnected immediately after call.. But after several attempts, i got through the ivr and could able to talk to customer care. But to add further to my misery, i get to know from that they only know what is mentioned in the sms and absolute ly no other information they have. Even after repeated calls to them and attempts to get clarity, i talked to the supervisor also. But no help. They do not have absolutely on information and asked me to wait until they get some info or call after 5 hours / 1 hours,, whatever excuse they think of..
              It is near to 48 hours now, i do not have any connection, even after paying the complete payment of 600 /-. And worst part is no news also from them when it is going to get resolved.
              So there are multiple issues here, no transparency in tarrifs, pathetic response, hopeless ivr system, and absolutely non - responsive management.
              Since there was not way out to complaint to videocon d2h, i had to compliant to trai. Request you please guide me how i can get my money back or my services are restored immediately.

                I have a asus zenfone 5 which i purchase online. I also have a bill of it. But year after its both imei number is disappear. After gave mobile set to company service center, they refuse to update it and tell me that it is firmware problem and we are not update this. Due to imei number disappear my set is of no use. No sim is work in it. Please help me to solve the problem.

                  This is to inform your good self that my videocon d2h customer id: 89516100 and i have created my own channel pack according to trai rules and regulations but no. Of channels in my selected pack are not telecasting like star channels, zee channels, english movies channel, news channels by videocon d2h and more than one day has been completed but they didn't resolve my problem so plz tell me this is the result of being a valuable customer and it means that every time customer has to suffer.

                  This is my humble request to you that plz do the needful and look into the matter and resolve my problem.

                    Yesterday i have received pack list from local cabel operator. The bcn (Bhimavaram communication network) publish their own list of packs that they can provide only. So here consumer have no option to choose their own channels that they can watch. Trai said consumer have own access to choose channels or bouquests. But bcn is not in the way of trai. Please direct them. Thank you.

                      I am a tatasky dth customer. I bought annual plan last september 2018. I have the validity upto september 2019. Due to trai dth regulation they are forcing me to select new channels based on trai tariff. Previously i watched more than 55 tamil channels under 160 rs. Based on trai tariff now the amount has increased upto 350 rs. Even i select 10 channel also its coming more than 200rs. Here where is the rule applying pay per channel you are watching. So now i am forced to cut down watching some channels due to this new trai channel pack system. So, i am really not happy with this new system.
                      Kindly regulate the dth system.

                        I am navratan singh i have airtel dth service. Coustomer id [protected] registered mobile no. [protected]. I choose a plan according to trai rules which not active from 2 feburary 2019. I call customer care numbers several times but they don't resolve my problem and also misbehave with me i suffered from a big problem with out tv. My little child love to watch cartoons but these days he is very nervousplease help me...

                        I was paying 700 for my first connection and 230 for my second connection. The option provided by my was for 687, however i hardly have any channels i watch. I tried the a la carte. Oh my god. Its 1647 rupees plus taxes for 1 connection. Fools are u reducing my burden or increasing the providers income by 5 times. My nephew is 12 years and he knows this is the most foolish step taken by trai. Don't u have a planning team? Don't you have a market research team? Dont you guys use tv? Oh i forgot it's free for you guys. I guess u have learnt from modi. Take action without planning or research. Fools!

                          I have selected some channels as of my choice as per trai new rule. But my operator airtel digital tv is swowing the channels as per their choices please solve this issue.                             Hon'd sir! Let me please submit that i'm having two airtel dth connection customer id no. [protected]-001-002. Though i opted on 27 jan. 2019 airtel's best value plan of rs. 339/- (Request id 128765) so that i may continue my services. But my services stopped on 2nd feb. I enquired many a times on dth customer care (Ref. Id no.[protected] even then it could not start.

                            On feb. 2nd i again opted a-la-cart request id 365054) but still my services are not started yet. This also d violation of trai 's guidelines. Kindly start my both tv connections under my newly opted a-la-cart request id 365054) as earliest.

                              I had paid my tatasky bill in advance on 25 jan, but even on receiving payment, all my channels went blank for my hd pack and despite calling customer care innumerable times, they falsely assured me of pack returning in 24 hrs, which was untrue. Trai guidelines aimed at lowering dth charges, but now my hd pack which intially cost 735 now costs over 1000!! Tatasky are looters of highest order! Deserve legal action.. Dr aparajita

                                I have a videocon d2h service at nagpur, maharashtra. The new regulation to create a new customized package per customer is not at all in favour of the customers. Just to give a comparison, 'new diamond package' of videocon d2h for sd channels offered more than 230 channels at a price of rs. 476 per month. Now i chose only 33 channels which i subscribed conservatively along with the 100 free to air ones i. E. Total 133 channels & i will still ending up paying rs. 500+ per month. I want to add more channels but that infact means adding more in terms of subsciption fees, ncf & taxes. This is to request trai to revisit the regulations & also make amends to make it more consumer-friendly.

                                  Videocon d2h is not showing new pack as per trai and they are still showing us our old pack, they are not giving us permission to select 100 channel, they are giving us all fta channel in 130 and they said all fta channel are mandatory as per trai.
                                  Customer care are not attending our calls from 28 feb 19.
                                  Please do something they are still looting us.

                                    I have three airtel dth connections at my home. My account no is [protected]. This channel selection scheme under trai has made it worse as i end up paying more than what i was paying before for my packages.
                                    I am paying for the basic fta channels rs 130 x 3 times.
                                    I am paying ncf fee 3 times and also the taxes 3 times.
                                    So instead of becoming a money saver for me this is a pain.
                                    It is a customer rip off. The service provider is getting paid for 3 times while earlier what ever pack i would choose for the first setup box the same would come on the second and 3rd set up box with a mininmum payment.
                                    Trai is not helping the consumers but the service provider would definitely enjoy the fee 3 times from the same household

                                      Broadcaster bouquets channels are not provided yet. Raised a complaint but they are not giving a time frame as to when it will be provided. Request was raised via website, but when contacted customer care they are saying request is not received and they are unable to raise request on my behalf.

                                      Did a recharge of 300 into my account. Hd star malayalam broadcaster bouquets value not provided.

                                      Previous feb 2, 2019 complaint was resolved without providing broadcaster bouquets channel.

                                      Raised complaint again mentioning to provide broadcaster bouquet channels as i have recharged to my account rs300/-, but videocon is not sure when it will be implemented.
