[Resolved] Trai — Due to wrong information loss of 2000 rs by Dish tv | |||
On 23.03.21 at 10-11 am dish tv executive call me, I ask about multiconnection in my dish . As I have previously dish tv connection and I have one more connection of tata sky . So I asked him if I take multiconnection in my existing pack (rs 352), how much I have to pay extra. That executive told me that u have to pay extra 59 rupees and watch all existing pack on another tv, you have to pay 1399 more amount for new setup box . Installation also free with this setup box . As currently I am paying 250 rs for my tata sky connection monthly so it would be beneficial for me in long term . I agree for this dish tv technician came at my home he took 1399 for setup box 240 rupees for installation and some other cable and connector charges total 2019 rupees . When I checked my new dish tv connection they don't give me my previous po ack on my another tv, so again I talk to dish tv executive and he told me that in 59 rs you will get only free channels on other tv. I told him that in morning ur executive told me that in 352+ 59 rs you can watch same channel on your another tv . I told him please take call recording as he committed . As due to wrong commitment I have to invest for new setup box and pay some extra amount for installation and etc. Kindly adjust that 2000 rupees in my current pack Was this information helpful? | |||
