Advertised reliance details were committing hd channels after consuming pre-booked charges of 500 rs on 5th march 2019. No reply whatsoever had been received after complaining several times. Booking id is 14505436 and cumulative amount been charged is 2250 rs and too for showing sd channels only. Amount had not been refunded saying that already trai margin had been provided and now it doesn't matter if i complain this issue. Kindly escalate this issue as some of your official are ruining the whole scenerio and the outcomes are really very worst, resulting in admitting that it's a corrupted india.
