Trai — fraud by vodafone

Sir my name ram krishna goswami. There is a vodafone connection with my sister's name. I have recharged on this number ([protected]) on 3 dec, 2019 at 12:40 with 399 rs from my vodafone app. Where it was showing that i will receive 84 days validity, 1.5 gb data per day and unlimited calls but i received only 28 days validity. As i complained at the same time for the same issue and they said that as plan were changed on 3rd dec but as it was showing old plans so they will extend my validity but still now they have not updated my validity and today they denied for the same. This is the big fraud with me as they showed that they will give 84 days validity but they have given only 28 days validity only please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible against vodafone.
