I live in thanisandra bangalore in the urban city area, my mobile number is [protected], is a idea number from past 1 week i am facing network issue, nor i am able to make any calls or not able to use data. I tried my best giving complaint to customer care, i tried what ever the solution i got from customer care. But the network issues still occured. Idea customer care rejected me for raising the complaint of my network issue. Mine recharges are in loss, i am not getting propet 4g connection. So plz contact the above company on behalf of me from your side and plz request them to solve the issue. Even to make this complaint online i had to use strangers hotspot by begging
