Trai — i have complain regarding my mobile no [protected] overcharged than my credit limit without intimating me for the internet services.

I have been charged without intimating me for the services that i have not taken from them & overcharged than my credit limit crossed without intimating me for the ir pack internet services. My bill for the one day came to cross internet consumption on date 13th jan 2019 of rs 1120 for incoming calls, rs 700 for outgoing calls and rs 59760 for internet consumption for bahrain country. They are not providing me detail of this & also not proving proper guiding on the issue why i have been charged for the services which i have not taken from vodafone.
