Trai — idea prepaid unlimited recharge cheating packs

I am idea prepaid customer since last 13 years. Usually customers see the amount and days while recharging. Idea has given confusing and cheating unlimited recharge packs. I selected their national special tariff rs. 392 unlimited pack for 70 days through idea website. I started using the pack. After 14 days, i got message that my balance is too low to call. It was just rs. 0.37. I tried to call idea customer care but this balance was not sufficient to call them. Immediately i recharged again with the same pack for rs. 392 and called to idea customer care. They told that it is applicable for the new handsets after 1st september. I requested the representative to revert that amount to my account. I will select the lower pack for rs. 198/-which is suitable for me. Idea did not reversed it.
Complaint:
The recharge packs are totally confusing.
It should not allow the customer to select the pack through their internet if it is not applicable to the customer.
The amount should be transferred to customer account f customer selects wrong pack and informs to idea customer care.
Customers get confusing available balance message for the low amount. Customer should get message with the new available balance.
If the customer recharges the pack before expiring the existing pack, the remaining balance should get credited to the customer account like dish tv packs.
Idea is collecting huge amount by cheating the customers in this way.
Trai should send notice to idea to provide how much such amount idea has collected before expiring the existing recharge pack.
Idea customer get confused and recharge before expiring the existing recharge pack and earning huge amount by confusing, & cheating the customer.
Please get data from idea about how much such amount they have collected from customer before the existing pack get expired.
Please make rule like dish tv companies to keep the balance in customer's account it the customer recharge it before expiring the existing recharge pack and opt any suitable pack in future.

This idea cellular deduct 35 rs from my account activate vas which I didn't know then I call 198 customer care 1 time they receive my call after that they disconnect my call then after I call 20, 25 times but they are always busy.
