C Id~[protected] Mobile-[protected] Sir We purchased independent tv 4 months back that time they told freedom pack with 500 sd channels and 10 hd channels but now all hd channels not coming also sd channels down to 200 only. And now coming channels are freezing so i unsatisfied with service they cheating customers so please solve this and give right direction to nonsense dth provider this is third class service... Jun 11, 2019 Updated by Naresh Cc 9/6/2019 se phir wahi problm chalo ho gai h picture frezz ho raha h ruk ruk k chal raha h apko ye meri 3 baar complaint h lekin apko b koi farak nai padta h shayad kyuki wo bolte h n bolne wale bolte bolte thak jayenge lekin m nai thakunga m ya b complaint dete rahunga or apki upar jo h unko b complaint karunga ki aap log hamari complaint ko serusly nai lete sirf time pass karte h maine phle likha ki indipendent tv connection lete waqt usne bola tha ki saare channel chalenge likin 1mnth m he 60% channel band ho gaye jo maine hindi channel h mhuje channel kara de ya mera paise refund kara de

I have done my tata sky 1 month recharge on 28th April and i am getting messages from tata sky that your plan is expires on 17th may. They said this recharge us for 1 month but it is expiring on 19th day
Please help
