I have d2h service of videocon i had recharged for the service on 23rd jan 2019 & during that period there was no information for the new tariff on videocon d2h website suddenly on 5th feb 2019 they have disconnected my all channels and after tremendous calling from 5th feb 2019customer personnel answered my call on 8th feb 2019 informing me that the channels are disconnected due to new tariff when asked the same should have been informed at the time of taking recharge they are just misleading

Irresponsible call center - called D2H call center on March 14th as some of the channels have been taken out from my package for more then more then a month now and when I try to call help desk . they don't have any information and they are really playing around with customer. Call was kept on transferring without my notice and every time i need to explain every-time to new executive.

if as per TRIA if you have taken out the channels from Feb onwords what happen to the money which was recharged till March 16, 2019?
