I am using cable operator i used to pay ₹300 every month to my operator and i was able to see almost all the channels, i am very sad to say that the move trai made this time is totally unappreceable, now i have to ₹600 including gst for mega pack and still i dont recieve all the channels, like aaj tak, b4u music i strongly condemn this move it hits the pocket of a comman man.

Please find the snap-shot, as I could not able to select the bouquets..
Also I have called many times from my register no…but no response..
Fortunately, 1 time call connected and after 10 min CC executive talk to me and suddenly call disconnected…
Really very bad experience…

I am DTH customer.You recently launch your new rules about dth or cabel services in that you put extra burden on all customers
Firstly we have to paid 200-250 rs to watch all channels
Now days we have to paid around 360-400 Rs.approx to watch same channels or less channel so we watch or not?

Pitaara channel {channel number 1181} not running . pitaara channel is also free channel i am many calls to costmer care but not response dish tv he says you buy new set off box very bad service dish tv

I try to calling at Videocon D2h Customer Care No. But The Reply Is "Our Helpline Service Is Busy Try Again Later. But When I Dailed This Number They Told Again And Again.Sometimes Call Cut Automatically.And My Set Top Box Cannot Displayed Only Messgae Is There Your Account Balance Is Low.
