Trai — Misleading customer with poor service and huge bills | |||||
I am arham jain no.[protected]. Ported on 19thjune2017 from airtel to reliance i have ported my no from airtel to reliance for satisfaction that good plan good service being offered. I have opted for plan 399 unlimited calls and 15 gb 4g data and 3g unlimited. I have deposited 300 as security deposit that i was told that it will be adjusted in 1st bill but neither i have get 3g unlimited data nor i my seurity deposit had been adjusted and i was told that bill be came after end but its advance rental plan. My bill has been generated for 696 that is over above of limits and their representataive are so illetrate having no manner to talk to customer. They are fooling customer and froding customer so my request is to either give as per plan or reverse my no. To airtel beacuse they doesnt require customer satisfaction. And neither i have time totalk to them again and again. I have contacted many times but no result My contact no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
