Trai — MNP service of airtel | |||
This is regarding airtel MNP service. I have opted for Porting my Number [protected] from idea to Airtel. I had received my UPC and it got successfully processed on 10-May-2017. I received an sms saying my Porting will take place on 22-May-2017. Now after my previous network is gone on 20-May-2017 and I insert the new Airtel 4G Sim card in my phone, I am not being able to make outgoing or incoming calls on the new sim Nor even on the old sim. I am stuck without any network connection in my number. This is absolutely a nightmare and a situation that cannot be accepted..i asked for help from the customer care 121 and the store where i got the sim but no one help me..my new sim no. Is[protected]U Please let me know if any other detail is to be needed for this. Please resolve my problem soon. I faced a lot problem without my number. My alternative no. Is [protected]. Lost my sim now I want to reactivate my number. But they telling that number was not in Airtel network. Earlier I changed my network Aircel to Airtel. Same reason telled by Aircel network also. How I can get my number
