Number blocked [protected] Date of blocking 16/12/2018 Email id for communication gaur. [protected]@gmail.com Please advise how can i get my number unblocked. they blocked my sim incoming & Outgoing last 1 week they told recharge 35 rupee compulsory

Why i have to recharge ??
