[Resolved] Trai — Mobile number portability complaint: reliance to airtel | |||
Dear sir/madam, Till now my porting request is stuck with reliance. I know that's its customer's right to port his/her ph. No. To any network provider, hence requesting trai to help in this case. I have already submitted my mob. No. Portability request for my mobile no: +91- [protected] on 31st may 2017 but till now my request is not approved by reliance. There is no bill outstanding and reliance has rejected request 4 times in last 10 days My porting request number is rm211314. I already received a call from reliance regarding portability, then i answered that i want to port my no. As per your telephonic conversation with our customer service associate, we wish to affirm that there are no issues from our end in the MNP process, you have to visit the opposite network operator along with the UPC code and the documents to get the MNP done. Thank you!
