Trai — mts data service stopped within validity period | |||
Ii am using a mts wi-fi usb dongle with 3g+ connectivity since last 3 years. I usually recharge it with a value of rs. 755 for 12 gb hi-speed connectivity with 28 days validity with data carrying facility. My last recharged was rs. 755/- on 18/10/2017 [validity upto 16/11/2017]. However, since yesterday i. E 10/11/2017, mts has stopped data service. Even its customer care services are also out of reach. Severally i tried, but neither to log in mts data network nor to connect mts customer care service. During browsing i found a message that the telecommunication business of sstl has been acquired by reliance communications limited (Rcom) by way of scheme of arrangement under section 391 to 394 of the companies act, 1956. Consequently, mts network is now rcom network and henceforth the customers can enjoy seamless 4g network of rcom. However rcom never contact me in this regard to continue the service and i failed to recharge my mts data card from 10/11/2017. Since the service provider has stopped service within the validity period and if i failed to recharge in my data-card in due time i could loss my data balance of almost 102 gb. So it is your responsibility to help me for getting right service. You are therefore requested to take appropriate action in this regard so that i can avail my data balance and could get back the network connectivity.
