[Resolved]  Trai — my cable provider not provide some channel and the issues of channel freezing was since 2 months

My name is pulkit garg. My cables provider name is independent tv. My coustmer id is[protected].in my cable zee network, colors and star channel are not come and remaining channel face the issues of freezing.
I did many complaint on twitter handle of independent tv, ministry of information and broadcasting, shri rathore (Minister of information and broadcasting), independent tv helpline no. And consumer fourm but anyone not reply and not taking action, i did many mails to independent tv.
Please take action toward him and refunded my money
