Hi got an sms from idea saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional sms
But i have been using my number as my personal number for 8 years.
My number has been shutdown and i have contacted idea for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.
My number is :[protected]
I do not know whom to contact now.
This i horrible, my family members cannot contact me nor i can call anyone.

I change my mobile service provider from reliance cdma to vodafone on 1st week of december'17. but now my no.[protected] still unactivate position. my porting no. is RK872788 send from reliance. my aadhar no. is[protected].

Mobile no.[protected] through this mobile neither any game nor any other service from bsnl has been availed but on 19/02/2018 Rs35/- has been deducted without my notice.this is not only my problem, so many others also experienced the same. Kindly look into it to reimburse the amount.
