Dear sir

Before 10 days i have recharged rs. 154 on 12.09.2017 recharged rs.10 on 15.09.2017 i have recharge for rs.42 (Unlimited r to r pack) & rs.10 & rs.14 (Reliance sms pack) & rs.10 and on 16.09.2017 rs.10

But not able to send one sms & no talk time in my number, and i don’t know whom to contact

No customer care number assistance, nobody picking the phone.

My mobile number is - [protected] (Haryana) faridabad.

I have requested customer care Airtel to deactivate my mobile internet but still it's not done by service provider and in next month service provider will charge the internet service, kindly look in to the matter and do needful,
