Trai — network issue problem

I have port my mobile no vodafone to airtel last month 13th. Till today i have not get full net work and also call drop. I was call and compliant airtel costumer care, he will not interest my compliant and he will suggest wait for 120days for air tel net work issue solve.
Am doing small business, so my customer are compliant me to net show not reachable

What to do sir, i was fed up airtel network, i cant port till 90days complete...
