Trai — non compliance to trai rules by d2h videocon

Dear sir
My customer id : 56589254 videocon d2h, having updated the selected channels by me on 31.01.19 the service is not yet activated where as the balance is reducing daily. I am unable to view my selected channels for past 8 days. They don't pick up the call no on customer care no :[protected]. They don't resolve the issues, nor do acknowledge the emails.

Kindly arrange to refund money for airing preferred channels.

Change of plan without consent

Dd sports is a free channel but still not shown by ICC cable pune at lullanagar.continous calls are not been responded.really harassing us.have sunscribed to basic channels.even they are not seen.helpline doesnt work
Changed the package but Airtel not implementing the same customer service number not reachable even after 60 minutes wait
Since Feb 1 channels are not visible which I subscribed instead channels with higher price hd channels a to e and balance getting reduced. 3 days when I call customer care after long hold or no response certain times they say they are unable to help me and need to wait for few hours which doesn't get over and when asked about penalty they deny it
Request TRAI to provide clarity as to whether customers of cable TV operators can choose a combination of free and paid channels for the base pack cost. Ofcourse, we understand that If we choose more paid channels, then we have to pay the cost of the channel.

My cable TV operator at Bangalore, states that, as per new TRAI regulation, a customer has to pay a Network capacity fee of Rs.130 per month for the first 100 channels and further, compulsorily only choose from the (FTA)free-to-Air channels as part of the base pack and subsequently, pay in addition, an amount of Rs.20 for each slab of 25 channels thereafter.

While I am prepared to pay for the additional channels at the slab rate stipulated by TRAI and also will abide by the TRAI directives, I Request TRAI to provide clarity as to whether customers of cable TV operators, can choose a combination of free and paid channels as part of the first 100 base pack, instead of being compelled to opt for the 100 channels from only within the FTA(Free-to-Air) channels. Ofcourse, we understand that, If we choose more paid channels within this first 100 base pack, then we have to pay the cost of each paid channel and I am prepared to pay for it.

A clarification in this regard will help many cable TV customers like me to choose the the channels of our choice at an optimum price.
