Trai — not providing service | |||
Complaint is regarding dth service from airtel. My name is naresh kumar, dth customer id:[protected], i have a complaint regarding signalling issue. I am trying to give a complaint from last 5 days but no one is responding properly even customer service representative are not taking any complaint. No tv and no signal from last five days. Customer service representatives are asking 150/- service charges to the executive, i don't know why we should give the money without resolving the issue. Airtel company is not giving any salaries to them. Dth recharge is wasting from last five days who is responsible for this, why the packages are changing without any intimation and without any conformation from myside. [protected] this is the contact who is not taking my complaint and asking money for the service. Problem should be resolve without any charges otherwise please cancel my connection deposit my money back into the account. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am done my vediocon D2H recharge online payment, of Rs.277 at 18/1/2020 but still not Service started, & payment of Rs.277 is debited from my bank A/C.
I have many call’s to customer care but they have not respond my call & telling me wait for 2 hrs...from last 4 days

We have facing problem regarding d2h again and again recent complaint is error show on our system that insufficient balance after doing recharge also, and no response given on customer care number.very very poor service given by d2h.
