I am a existing customer of gtpl and recently (2.5 months back) i have shifted to new house. I am trying to transfer my existing cable connection to my new location but, yet i didn't get it.
I did follow to their local operator named "samir" mobile number "[protected]" since last 2 months but, he keeps saying will give connection in two days, this week but, still there is no connection given.
I tried to connect to their nodal office and nodal office lco but, they are keep saying to contact to gtpl area operator and they can't do anything.
After so many tries, i got connected to their customer care and they are now saying take noc latter from previous operator of gtpl where i was stay previously.
I have taken connection from gtpl and i don't care who is operating to where. They should be responsible to serve customer in each area. It is not my job to go and take noc and why noc, i am still a consumer for gtpl. If they have any internal agreement they should do this not me.
Please help me to get out of this. I looks like helpless here.

I dont know how to get out of this. I tried to get connection since last 45 days and still there is no response from gtpl operator/customer care.
Here is the case: (You can go through the email chain)
1. I tried to contact gtpl operator local to our area samir "[protected]" but, he is just keep saying 2 days / week since last one month.
2. I contact your nodal office email "nodalofficer. [protected]@gtpl.net" and they just suggest to go to customer care.
3. I contact customer care and they took my information and now they say go to local office.
So, basically now i am at same point from where i start. I dont know what is the purpose of support team if they are not able to solve this kind of problem.
Can you please help here to get out of it?

My Set top box spoiled so complained customer care then[protected] Anupam came & Replaced set top box & told resolved till two hours but till date & time not resolved.
