My distv provider (Bhopal mp) not provide many free chenals like jinvani, mahaveera, b4u, dd - national, etc., when i complain in distv costomer care no., they told me technician home visit kr waiye, it's chargeble (200rs). I told them signal strength is coming very good, why i will pay 200rs., it's ur fault, it is ur responsibility to provide chenals. Plz. Take action.

    The Indus tower (id[protected] is running unlawfully in the densely populated village of Moulasole without any permission from Gram Panchayat. The single tower runs with countless antennas of three service providers namely Vodafone Airtel and Reliance Gio with countless antennas. We are experiencing various health problems due to the high Radioactive waves of the saidtower. One family member suffering from cancer and two members suffering from heart problem. Please do something immediately and save the lives of people living near it.

      This is to bring to your kind notice that. I had made a regret for recharge of my Vodafone No. [protected] for Rs. 399/- to Vodafone the payment was made by BHIM SBI PAY VIDE TRANCTION REF. NO.[protected] dtd. 19/08/2019 Time 9:18:54 AM SUCCESFUL Massage was got and the amount was Debited to my Bank A/C No. [protected] State Bank of India, for Rs. 389 + 10 Cash Back Totally Rs.399/- recharge .

      I am regret to inform the recharge was not got from Vodafone. I had repeated Complaint to BHIM APP Nothing has been done so far.

        I have purchased sun direct dth connection card no.[protected] tamil economy basic subscription package 14.12.2018 validity end date 14.12.2019. Now they were stopped my connection 26.08.2019 before my validity period. Their side told govt. Rules change plan but i bought connection before new rules. Totally i loss 3 month subscription. Kindly extend subscription as per my activation or refund my three month subscription amount.

            I do write today with a very despondent services by Videocon D2h. I complant every day about for set my d2h dish in new building .but no one is respond.

            Daily i ve been calling Customer Care and was speaking to many people in the team and escalated the issue many times, I heard only one thing for each and everybody " I Apologise for inconvenience, our executive will reach you within 24hrs." same answer was repeated shamelessly for past 12 days by all the members!…I think everybody is trained only with that sentence.

            Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

            I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

              In 2018, nov I was started using independent tv services. In the initial days i think it's a good decision to choose independent tv all channel including hd both are run but after few days all hd channel are stop after that slowly some other channels are stop and now since 6 month all channels are stop. A dilouge box appear on screen have 400 error and weather condition not good but here in rajasthan high sunshine is having so what the reason of this problem. When I ask a distributor (connector)about this problem they said this is not in our hand just talk to customer care and when I try to call customer care it is always be busy I have always waiting in que more than half hour instead no response because they can't attend a call. Every week I have started my tv with this hope that may be channel are to started but no I always be wrong. I just want to hear my query and solve it ASAP because now I have no patience.I just hate independent tv services. I have paid full cost of 1 year but can't receive a little bit of satisfaction and now I am thinking it's waste of money to choose independent tv. My reviews on this is really bad. Before 5 days customer care call to me and said on 21 aug your services is restart but nothing is to be happen. This is very very poor decision to choose independent tv services. If in your eyes there is any respect regarding your customer than take write action and solve my problem.

                Dear sir,

                I am subscriber to dish tv and has been noticing irregularities in them providing consumer their rights as per trai and sc orders. Some key points of irregularities and providing consumer their rights are as follows.

                - dish tv doesn't allow consumer to subscribe/unsubscribe to channels as per their needs by forcing them into commitments of channels where viewing commitment is from period of 30 days to 60 days and which is never shared with consumer before and consumer only knows after subscribing to channel

                - dish tv takes request of subscribing channels directly from set top box but channels can not be unsubscribed from set top box. The unsubscription request for channels are taken by website/online medium which throws challenge in taking requests. My unsubscription request was denied 7out of 10 times.

                - they lies and promotes false advertisement of their active services. One such example is disney stories channel which they promote as a satellite channel by disney studio and from last two months they are not allowing me to unsubscribe from same and i recently discovered it to be their active service.

                  Earlier i used to pay rs 141 and availed my liking channels (Dishtv). Now for the same channeis i am to pay rs 208. Why so?
                  Pls reduce rs 130 to rs 100
                  Reduce gst from rs 18%to 5%.
                  New policy has increase the revenue of operators like tatasky, dishtv, airtel etc but it is not suitable for middle class persons.

                    As i recharged my videocon d2h on 18th july 2019 after 2days later my set top box was not responding with the remote. I logged complain regarding this issue several times to the customer care and mailed also twice on 1aug & 14 aug 2019, but till date neither the service engineer nor any service team call came. Waiting from 1month on their assurances no one came and my issue is still unresolved. I request you to please help to strength the rpower of customer to avoid these circumstances in future. Still i am getting assurances from their ends but not solution. Please do the needful regarding this issue. My customer id is 37312954 in the name of rajat kumar sharma. I hope you will take suitable action soon.

                    In June the cable was not working for 3 days, in July it was not working for 6 days.now I have not paid bill for this month because i was requesting for Compensation. Now the operator is not agreeing to any of this and every time they say it's technical problem and informed that as per our terms and conditions we can not honor compensation.

                        My self subhash kumar singh, i am user of videocon d2h. my videocon customer i'd is 94506679. we have recharge my id on 30th july 2019 with amount of rs.350 and rs.100 through kotak mobile banking app, both the transaction has been done successfully but my customer id has been not credited, i have talked with videocon customer care representative but they told transaction has been not done successfully please talk with bank customer care. after that we have talked with kotak phone banking officer and raise the complain after some time we got resolution from phone banking officer your transaction has been done successfully and same is credit to beneficiary account.today again we have called to videocon customer care and told them as per kotak phone banking officer trxn has been done successfully that is why amount is not credit back to your bank account. videocon customer care representative are not able to help me.

                          Whenever we called to their number answer get for visit charges...
                          This is violation and tourcher of customer... Even some problems related with their software which is handle well without visit... But they are forcing every time for visit and charges...

                            I wish to complain against tata sky... They don't give proper reception of channels..
                            . For more than a week we were able to watch only star gold channel and we could not view any other channel.. After complaining they said to call the service operator for which the service charge is 150/-...
                            I refused saying that if i can get star gold and not other channels then its not our tv problem..
                            After a few days all the channels suddenly appear... But again within 2 days it goes off again and the same problem occurs..
                            I have a yearly subscription with tata sky...
                            But i'm loosing out as the channels can't be viewed by us..
                            Please help..
                            The tata sky helpline only wants to send their service person and earn money... When in fact they have to check their main connection.

                                not transfer my connection to my location - gtpl

                                  DTH services for Smart Card Number (Sun direct) [protected]. Purchased 25.11.2018. Respected sir / madam, I have desired to buy and connect DDH service to my home newly. In last, I had seen cable TV only, our govt.. reason of our cable TV rearrange structure, I have change my DDH service provider plan to change to DDH. So many branded search and finalized choose the sun direct DDH. B'cos sun direct advertisement is attracted. ie Rs.2200/- amount paid DDH give free installation and free 1 year free telecast pack. It good to see. After few month, they banded few channels. So I discussed with him about returned my DDH regarding, and they extension 6 month. Now they were stopped my connection before 1 year validity period. Their side told govt. rules followed only. The same time govt. reduced DDT setup box monthly rent. So why sundirect fix reduced amount and complete my 1 year pack.Totally 3 month validity is loss to me. Kindly consider and give solutions

                                  I am using Videocon D2H service since 4 years.last year i have taken an omni hd plan which was cost around 5200 and this year they incresed to 7210. As per TRAI, D2H service should be cheaper but its going to be costly.I think TRI has to take action against these kind of operators.
                                  When you start the new policy regarding channel selection, And pay for only selected channel the amount we pay for cable tv Increase upto 200%.So, please help.
                                  And its not only my problem its problem of all consumers in India.So, Please take it seriously
                                  Not respond, not well communication to service, and long time process to resolve problems

                                    Sir i was the customer of gtpl nanda village tahsil korpana dist chandrapur maharashtra state
                                    A few days ago i perches new hd setup box of gtpl from siddiki cable network nanda fata, there was a time when your operator taken from 2500 ruppees of hd gtpl setup box with 1 month free hd chanel subscription.
                                    And next day the operator installed setup box but there only marathi free chanel giving.
                                    When i asking for other chanel to operator, he is demanding 700 more money for other chanel.
                                    This is totally wrong, when i'm perches the setup box that time he told me to 1 months free subscription free then after one month you have to pay.
                                    But right now he speaking raudy type language"chanel nahi marke dunga na box change karunga jisko bolna hai bol".
                                    Please look into this mater he taking every month extra money from gtpl user
                                    Suggest can i go to consumers office regarding that.
                                    Because he totally fraud he committed one and other site he want more money.
                                    TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    It's always problem of Videocon d2h ...when I will reacharge my account they do not refresh it and so I am not able to see channel...and I have to call them the whole day..but they don't do anything..my customer ID is[protected] ..plz help me

                                      Sir, i have videocon dth service provider with a/c no.17833206 having opted for add on packages and hd channel along with free channels, but despite my repeated complaints to service provider, i am not able to view many of channels such as loksabha, religious channels and other channels included in addon package,

                                      Kindly take up the matter with videcon dth and resolve my issue,

                                      My area network problem im calling no network im data us slow spped im 4g recharge but 2g speed my money loss jio company 2yers complement but no response callings to disconnect
