Dear sir, This is regarding the new connection of tata sky booked online on 15/05/2021. After payment of Rs.1812/- was made through the BHIM app, the tatasky site did not work and the process was interrupted. It was confirmed by the BHIP app that the money had been deposited in the beneficiary account. BHIM generated receipt is attached herewith for your kind reference. In this regard, enquiries made from nodal officer are being provided below. 1. Card# - Money was sent by BHIM app 2. Date and time stamp - 15/05/2021, 9.35 pm 3.Auth code - 4.Amount - Rs.1812/- 5.Transaction ID[protected] 6. Authenticator ! 7.Merchant PAN ! ---- Billdesktatasky 8.RRN # ! 9. customer name - Mithlesh Kumar 10.MID tatasky - - I have had several communications and almost 10 days have passed.
