Trai — permanent disconnection of my vodafone no during safe custody

My Vodafone no was on safe custody for 3 months ending 4th September 2018, after that it was on grace period in which the no can be activated otherwise it can be permanently deactivated if safe custody is not removed as per the confirmatory emails received from vodafone.

But vodafone has permanently deactivated my no during safe custody without my permission and pre information mentioning non use for 90 days.
It cannot be used while safe custody service, i asked vodafone Appellate/Nodal officers(Rajasthan) but they are not resolving and misbehaving on calls/emails.

So it's my request to please look into the issue and provide me a proper resolution and compensations for the damages.
