Trai — porting issue with airtel

Hi team,

I have ported 2 tata docomo sims to airtel on tuesday 10th oct 2017 around 8:30 am ist. One sim was activated within few minutes and we were able to call or receive calls/sms. But for the other number incoming is not working (Neither call nor sms). It has been 3 days and the issue is not fixed. I have reached out to airtel customer care, store where i took the sim but no one fixed the issue yet.

My mobile service provider is IDEA ..I have recharge my mobile number on 7/10/17 at 12.10 am for the amount Rs 348..but after successful recharge my main a/c balance was debited ...i have complain to the idea company but they have said amount can not reversed...complain token is[protected]
