[Resolved] Trai — recharge done in wrong customer id | |||
I am a videocon d2h user with customer id [[protected]]. I am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes recharge done in wrong customer id in two different months. Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 300 which i was done in wrong customer id on 11 july 19. Regarding this issue i mail to [protected]@dishd2h.com with complete details of payment & date. I was tacking continuous follow-up by mail but they didn’t respond me. Before this issue these i have been done another wrong recharge of rs. 215 which i was done in 26 feb 19 but i did not receive my both amount till now. I request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. There customer service executive unable to help me they told that you should take follow-up by email. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it. Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.
