Trai — regarding airtel prepaid rs-93 recharge for 28days

I just spoken with airtel employee about my below complaint but they not reply properly and says you go anywhere we are not responsible.
Please look into this.

Airtel offers 1 gb data, unlimited calling for 28 days at rs 93.
