Trai — regarding sim deactivation & improper message from service provider. | |||
Dear Sir, I am using Airtel Sim for past 10+ years, By summitting all the necessary proofs .I have bought the SIM. From Yesterday (12/10/2019) the sim is deactivated it is not working . While enquiring in Airtel Store they told my date of birth was missing, I have provided a valid proof (Aadhar) which contains all the details. It was the mistake from the service provider they didn't update my details properly in Airtel Portal. They didn't ask any further details from my end. Without providing any proper intimation . They have deactivated my SIM. Name : Kaamesh Mobile : [protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com All my bank transactions are blocked, Unable to log into my office portal because of OTP. When I contact the Airtel customer care, The solution which they provided was very shocking and inappropriate . They asked me to get a new SIM with same number. For activation it took around 4days. Already the sim with I have having a 3 months plan up to Jan end. The new Sim which I am buying wont carry forward the old sim plan. I want to recharge further for my new plan. Because of the service provider issue I want to pay for all the things . Note: This is not the 1st time, I am facing this issue for the second time . 2years before they did the same for me. waiting for proper response from them.
