[Resolved] Trai — tata sky id [protected] | |||
I am tata sky customer from last 5 years my id no.[protected] I have 2 connection of tatasky from last 1 years. I am facing a problem of cant change pack of secondary box. I have complain to tata sky on 1st july 2019 & they have said company will Resolve problem within 24 hours complain no. Jls87td. & said company technical department will call u & solve your problem But still they have not call. I am getting error on change of pack (Sorry! Your request could not be processed. I took 1 year subscription on 11 july 2018 which supposed to end on 4 sept 2019 but As per TRAI's new rules Dish Tv reduced my services till June. It is Dish Tv's responsibility to provide services that they have already charged for.
