Tatasky creating basepack with dd and some junk channels. When same has been questioned, rudely they are mentioning this is decided by trai. Customers are having info related to trai facing diffculites, not sure about the comman people stauts on ths with lack of knowledge on trai policies...
Each time when we call they are missguiding us. Same case with videcon d2h also
