[Resolved]  Trai — tata sky set top box

No channels are coming from eve 6pm. From 2 months i have raised more than 10 complaints and made 50 calls but no proper response. They are not closing my account and not refunding my money. I took yearly pack for 5700 which is frustrating for me and 2500+ for set top box. They don't care about customers. Please take this seriously.

I was promised lifetime validity sim with one time recharge of RS 1000/-. Now unilaterally vodafone.
I have asked for refund of recharge but not
Given, gets SMS of disconnection.
Can anyone guide what's to be done?
Vodafone Mumbai had breached the contract unilaterally, now wants to gobble
Balance amount of sim.
