[Resolved]  Trai — trai/vodafone mobile block my outgoing call & sms why?

My vodafone prepaid mobile number is [protected]. It's outgoing calls & sms blocked by trai and vodafone company.
I am not using any telemarketing etc.
Kindly tell me why you block my outgoing service.
Can you provide me any evidence about telemarketing.
