Dear Sir, From last month Independent TV is not working. All customer care numbers I tried but nobody answer the call. As per our contract they have to provide all channels including 12 HD channels but they failed to keep their promise. Service quality is very bad. Many channels are closed without any information. Still trying to reach customer care but no body answer the calls. One year payment already given in advance but nothing in return received. They fooled us.
