I have been charged by the telecom service provider for the incoming calls. They put it as outgoing calls. On 20 february 2018 they sent me a message that the credit limit has been crossed, and within seconds the phone services were stopped. On inquiring, they said that i have called special numbers and hence the limit assigned is over. Their customer care executive asked me to pay rs 2100 to get it activated. He also suggested if i pay rs 800 just now, i shall get back phone services. Without knowing which action to take, i paid them rs 800 the same day. It was activated but again they kept sending me the message about remaining payment. The monthly bill was already cleared on 13 february. I sent them a complaint the same day. After 2 days, they contacted me and got confirmed that i have not made any call abroad, but i informed them about the calls i have received on 19 & 20 february. On 25 feb. Their customer care executive that incoming calls are charged. Like this, i, a senior citizen has been tortured and harassed unnecessarily. I want the status quo - same credit limit, rs 800 paid to be adjusted in the monthly bill towards the monthly tariff of rs 588. Was this information helpful? |
