Respected sir as per your guidelines i had asked to change plan on 28/12/19 my customer id is 24496410 videocon they calculated price was rs.687. I accepted instead of changing my plan they blocked my maximum channel, i tried repeatedly to contact them, today they replied due to some mistake they cannot do anything, now thier no. Is blocked, can u help

Updated by Girish Chawhan I had changed my d2h Videocon plan on 28/1/19 they told me Rs.687 will be charged monthly I accepted .but instead they blocked my maximum channel .thier customer service no.are also not responding.my ID is 24496410, my name is Girish chawhan, thanks
