Trai — videocon d2h: harassment, unresponsiveness, misguidance to me. | |
Myself ashwinkumar tiwari (Mobile no.[protected]) (Videocon customer id:[protected] from latur district. I am facing harassment from videocon d2h. As per the new rules of trai i have selected my plan but videocon is not providing channels to me even though they are charging me according to new tariff. They are insisting me to change set top box and are clear that their framework is not working and their view is to file a complain against them to trai. I am facing a clear loot from them. I have 2 set top boxes. Their consumer cares are not working. They are not ready to give channels. My demand is to take my set top boxes back and refund me my rs 2700. They have given me unwanted channels and charging for those channels. I hope you will accept my application and solve this insolvency by videocon. I am waiting for reply about actions taken by you.
