Trai — videocon d2h not providing device

My account balance show 344 rs but i am not able to see any channel not a free channel. I tried to call you call not connected.
Tomorrow 9 feb 19 i talk to d2h customer care representative for activate paid channel they told it was activate very soon, after 3 hrs again i called again the told it will be on by today till night.
But still i am not able to see any channel after that i send a same mail to videocon d2h customer care mail id but there are not responding.

Recharge my d2h account with 341.
Kindly refund my amount of 341 i don't want to continue with d2h.
I switch my connection with airtel.
You are very careless and unresponsible.
Refund my recharge amount other wise i make complaint in trai.
