[Resolved] Trai — videocon d2h not resolving the signal issue and charged unnecessarily | |||
Hi, My name is krishna chaitanya anne and my videocon d2h account id is[protected]. I have recharged my account after a one month gap and found out earlier signal issue was still continuing. I have called customer care and raised complaint on 11th dec 2019. The service engineer visited on 14th dec 2019 and told receiver is the problem and replaced it by charging me 925rs. The next day morning after starting tv the signal issue was still not resolved. I have again called the customer care and informed it was still not resolved. But they informed that the engineer had already closed the ticket which i have raised. (Why do they close ticket as the engineer says. They should confirm with the customer whether the complaint was resolved or not). They have raised complaint again and told the old ticket will be opened again. The engineer again visited on sunday 15-dec-2019 and told he will check by replacing the wire. But until now (20-dec-2019) he didn't come back with wire. He unnecessarily charged my 925 rs for receiver which was not the problem, and second the service charge of 200 rs deducted from my account event though the complaint was not resolved. I want to sue these guys. I am so frustated as they are not answering the calls and switching off the mobile numbers they gave. Today i spoke with nodal office of bangalore mr.
